How much does it cost?

Pricing is about 1,000 zł per desk per month (net), so it scales with the number of desks in the office, a six-desk office works out around 6,000 zł, a twelve-desk office around 12,000 zł. Because everything is bundled in, that figure is close to your all-in cost rather than a starting point you add extras to. What team sizes fit?

Yolk’s private offices are 6- to 12-desk rooms, each team in its own dedicated, lockable space. Teams of six to twelve fit naturally, but a smaller team with growth plans (say four or five people) will often take a six-desk office and grow into it, so it’s worth asking even if you’re under six today.

Access and business address

All Yolk members, including private-office teams, have 24/7 access to the building. Your first visit happens during reception hours (Monday to Friday) so the team can be onboarded and set up; after that, access is round the clock.

You can also register your company at ul. Sarego 5 and use it as your business address, with mail handling available, useful if you’re incorporating in Poland or moving your registered seat into the city centre.

Terms and flexibility

There’s no long lock-in. Private offices run on a rolling monthly contract with three months’ notice, which suits teams that are growing or still finding their shape and don’t want to sign a multi-year lease.
