What is included in the room hire price?
All rooms include fast fibre Wi-Fi, a 4K display, 4K webcam, whiteboard, acoustic panels, HDMI/USB-C connectivity, and air conditioning. No extra charges for AV setup.
Are there discounts for half-day or full-day bookings?
Yes — booking for a half-day or full day works out cheaper per hour than hourly bookings. Check the booking widget for current rates, or email hello@yolkfolk.pl for a custom quote.
Can I order coffee or catering for my meeting?
Yes — our Yolk Coffee & Pastry café is in-house and can arrange coffee service and light catering. Just let us know in advance when you book and we'll sort it out.
Can I extend my booking if the meeting runs over?
If the room is free after your slot, yes — just let us know and we'll extend your booking. We'll update the cost accordingly. To avoid any disruption, we recommend booking a buffer hour when possible.
How early can we arrive to set up before the meeting?
You're welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes before your booking starts. If you need extra setup time, book the room slightly earlier. Our team can also help prepare the room before you arrive.
What is the cancellation policy for meeting rooms?
You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a charge. For group bookings or full-day reservations, please contact us directly.
