Yes, you can rent a meeting room by the hour in Kraków without joining anything. Yolk’s meeting rooms at ul. Sarego 5 are bookable by the hour by anyone, member or not. Members pay a lower rate, but non-members are welcome to book. Here’s what to know before you do.

The rooms

Yolk has a range of rooms rather than one boardroom, so you can match the space to the meeting:

• Small rooms and call booths for one-to-ones, interviews and video calls.
• Mid-size rooms for team meetings and workshops.
• Garden rooms, the larger spaces, for bigger sessions, offsites and full-day bookings.

Sizes run from a couple of people up to larger groups, so it’s worth saying how many you’ll be and what you’re doing when you book.

Rates

Rooms are booked by the hour, with a lower member rate and a standard non-member rate. Larger rooms also have half-day and full-day options, which work out cheaper than booking hour by hour for a long session. Current rates for each room are listed on the meeting rooms page.

Extras

You can add to a booking rather than sourcing things yourself:

• Coffee and catering, batch-brew coffee, sandwich and pastry platters.
• A podcast studio with equipment, if you’re recording.
• Monitor rental for presentations.

How to book (and cancel)

Booking is done through the meeting rooms page or by getting in touch for group and full-day reservations. You can cancel or change a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time; changes made closer than that may be charged.

Where

All the rooms are at ul. Sarego 5, in central Kraków, walkable from the centre and easy to send a client to. If you’d rather meet informally, the ground-floor ClubHouse is a relaxed alternative to a formal room for a coffee meeting.

If you find yourself booking rooms often, a coworking membership includes monthly meeting-room credit at the member rate, which usually pays off quickly.
